My New Uncle!

Hmm, for some reason I don't seem to be able to give my posts any titles at the moment. I couldn't when I posted about agility the other day and I still can't today. Very odd.

Anyhow, look at this little cutie pie! It's my grandma and grandad's new dog! Now those of you who have been reading my blog for a little while may remember that my grandma and grandad moved to Spain in March and that their two poodles were stolen/lost en route by the company transporting them. You can read about it here and see some photos of Sammi and Suzy here.

Grandma and grandad spent a lot of time and energy looking for Sammi and Suzi but they were simply nowhere to be found. It took them some time to mourn for them and get used to the idea that they probably wouldn't ever know what had really happened to them.

They have been settling into life in Spain and are buying a lovely house out there. Grandad is playing his guitar lots and earning some Euros and they are beginning to relax and enjoy their retirement.

And then today I got an email from B'Jay! It seems like he's adopted grandma and grandad! He's a little Bichon Frisé and is cute as a button I think you'll agree!

He told me that he has his very own paddling pool to play in and loves splashing about in the water, although it gets very hot in the afternoons in Spain. I expect he goes off to have his siesta when the sun gets too much.

He also told me he likes chewing shoelaces! I wonder if he'll learn to untie them like I can? I can hardly believe any doggie with a face as cute as that could do anything naughty can you?

He said he also like to run really fast around the house and skid along on the tiled floors. Eek, sounds a bit scawie to me. I'll tell him to make sure he doesn't hurt his little legs.

I am so glad B'Jay has come along to cheer grandma and grandad up. Of course he won't ever replace Sammi and Suzy, but I know he'll keep them smiling!

We can't post titles as well. But we did figure out a work around - you can enter the title when you are in preview mode - go figure!

What a cutie B'Jay is, sounds like he's got a good new little life. Congrats to him!

Really sorry they have heard no more about Sammi and Suzy. We've not seen them - but would we?

Siestas are good. I often come in to lie on the tile floor when it is hot outside.

Next door's tv said it was 36 today. Perhaps it is. Who knows?

Sorry about the titles. I can do them. Is it it a browser/cookie thingy?

Hasta luego Pippa

Aww B'Jay is too cute. My mama said she lovessssssssss Spain. when she was growing up, her mamma and pappa had a house outside Torremolinos_Costa del Sol..and she spent alot of time there.
Ohhh the camera..do you have a digital camera? They usually take BIG images automatically..like 2400x 1800 or something "pixels"...
so unless you automatically re size the images when you download, they should be good to go. You can check the size of the images by holding your mouse over them once they are in your photo editing place:O)
Ooo its HOT here today, and lots of forests burning in the west...
:O(...I'm worried about all the animals living there

B'Jay looks like Knute the Polar Bear--before he got so big! What a cute little guy!

Maybe he'll teach the grandparents how to drink sangria and bask in the sun. Actually, he looks like the "active" type...so much for retirement!

Cheers,
Persephone & Buster

Those are really evil ppl who took Sammi and Suzy away from Grandma and Grandpa!
You should bite their bums off if you see them.

Ain't B'Jay a cutie sleeping with croc.

Glad that your grandparents are smiling again.

B'Jay is soooo cute! I'm so sad that your grandma & grandpa never found Sammi & Suzi, I hope that they're ok, but I'm glad that they have moved on and now have this adorable little ball of fluff to warm their hearts :)

So, Oscar, are you going to take a trip to Spain to meet him?

Puggy kisses

Hey Oscar...
That B'Jay is a real cutie pie. How old is he? Will you ever get to meet him??? Tell your granny & gramps congratulations!!!! With a face like his, B'Jay will be keeping them happy for a long while.

About the title's thing...I've been having issues too. Seems there is something screwy with the size of the field. If you take your cursor and place it a little above where you'd expect to place it you'll see the little 'I' shape to place it in. Weird huh?

Lots of licks, Ruby

Ohhhh my, what a handsome guy he is! And I'm not saying that just cause the first photo looks like me... : )
I just hope he's better behaved than me, hee hee.
